Sabrina Campodonico, APCC, is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor that specializes in grief and loss, bereavement, depression, anxiety, life transitions and complex traumas working with both couples and individuals. Sabrina utilizes a narrative theoretical orientation with an existential lens fostering an empowering environment where clients can redefine and fortify their personal narratives.
Originally from Venezuela and now living in California for the last 5 years, therefore, Sabrina deeply understands the challenges of adapting to a new culture and environment, especially when seeking mental health support while navigating language barriers. Sabrina focuses on creating an environment of healing, hope, pausing and making the unknown known. By using a strength-based approach and mindfulness techniques such as meditation and breathwork, she helps clients stay grounded and empowers them to discover the tools within themselves to navigate life.
Sabrina is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they pursue their goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate their personal growth. Her top priority is ensuring that each client feels understood, valued, and supported every step of the way.
Sabrina earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from University of Central Florida and Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of San Diego.
