Air Kessler, MSW-I

Air earned his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2023. His personal life journey inspired him to make a significant career shift, dedicating himself to supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges and trauma.

With a strong background in educational and healthcare settings, Air specializes in working with young adults facing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and gender identity issues. He integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs.

In addition to his clinical work, Air is a surf therapist and enjoys integrating movement-based therapies with mental health treatment. He completed a three-month training in ocean healing and believes in the power of physical activity to enhance emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being, incorporating movement as a therapeutic tool when possible.

Outside of work, Air loves to stay active and outdoors—whether it's surfing, skiing, or running marathons. His passion for movement and nature not only fuels his personal well-being but also informs his holistic approach to mental health.
