Allison Gentz is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who obtained her licensure in 2019. She has over 10 years of experience working with a diverse population that has included substance abuse, trauma, autism and development delays, foster care, and the jail/prison population. Allison earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, East Bay in 2006, and she earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2010, from National University.
Allison believes in a straightforward approach to therapy with the use of cognitive-behavioral and solution focused orientation. She believes that everyone has the ability to make changes with support and guidance. Her therapy is collaborative effort for everyone involved.
